Sarah,

The stakes you see above ground are not official pins, but rather temporary stakes that can show the physical boundary line above ground, however they are not the official pins. The markers, pins in the ground, are not always visible to the naked eye, and are generally only at the corners of the property. The surveyor we retain will make his own independent findings, report and plat.

I will reach out to a few candidates today to get quotes and their schedule.

Will the new survey provide the pins marked and staked along the lines of the whole property etc.? If not, can you confirm what will be included by the different surveyor than who Sweatman provided?

    Hi Sally,

    Attached is a photo of the "migrating pins" taking about a foot of my home structure dated back to March 9th 2021 as well as a more recent photo (and I have video) of the Sweatmand physically moving the pins and stakes again.

    The pins have continued to migrate, and the validity of the surveys is therefore questioned.

        In the 2021 survey 2 pins were found and 3 pins were set by your surveyor.  The pins found were located along the boundary line with the Sweatman property.
