RE: Unauthorized Use of My Signature
Dear Mr. Brett Ledermeier, Ms.Tania Tuttle, and any other party at McLain Merritt Attorneys, and Ms. Marimar Soletoro, and any other party at Stewart Title.
This letter is to make it absolutely clear that you and no one in your firm and company have my permission or legal authority to sign my name on any document, under any circumstances.
I have never given you power of attorney or any form of authorization to use my signature. Any document requiring my signature must be signed by me personally. If you have signed, or attempt to sign, my name to any document, such actions are unauthorized and may be considered fraudulent.
Furthermore and specifically, in no way can you sign away my rights that impair relief, prevent new cases from being filed, and grant exceptions of any kind to prevent me from furthering and advancing new case disputes not involving the boundary line. Your scope is the boundary line, and the boundary line alone, and even that will require my signature before any matter is settled.
This is not up for interpretation. My signature is my own, and only I am authorized to use it.
Sincerely,? Sarah Julia Zeeman
