I'm still waiting for the material requested this morning that you agreed to send, after I called you at 9:31 am, and you did not answer. Again, I have the phone records to confirm that I made the call. https://prnt.sc/3PCQB8vo-bKx

You were invited for the city attorney virtual call on Tuesday, https://prnt.sc/ibfsOpnEgepu ... on Thursday, your written words to me: https://prnt.sc/vjqHHTZFYD1E, despite being on your calendar since Tuesday.

The transcript is a contract sworn into the court record, and you continue to ignore the exact words of the transcript, page 41. The fence needs to be moved.

It is part of your fiduciary responsibility as my lawyer to follow the court transcript, and you have not done so; you continue to ignore my requests to comply with what was agreed to in court.

I did not plan this call. I was just asked for availability and received the invitation last night and accepted it this morning which is why I said I was just about to email you. I have not lied nor have I misstated the settlement terms. My job is to represent you, advocate for you, and advise you of applicable law. Here, any material change to a settlement, agreed to by all parties, changes the terms. Accordingly, the transcript is not accurate when it comes to a survey as, per your request, we proceeded with Gaddy and the re-platting which was agreed to by all parties.

Please feel free to have Jeff also give his opinion on this matter.
