I hope all is well. Attached, please find the transcript. As for the survey, Gaddy has been out sick the last few days and we still dont have it; I will notify opposing counsel and the Court. Regarding the property marking, he doesnt need to go out and place new stakes. When you and I had the call after court, you indicated that you wanted the property marked with stakes every 4-6 feet to make sure that Sweatman knew exactly where the line was (and to remove the strings he still has up). If you dont want the property line marked, we dont need to schedule a property visit. If, however, opposing counsel wants it marked, then we will need to have Gaddy go out there and place stakes down the property line.

Please help me understand why Gaddy will be coming a 2nd time when the stakes are in place?
The property was already staked by Gaddy in November.
The stakes are still there I attached a couple pictures, & can provide more.

I just reached out to Gaddy again. He is aware of the Court deadlines. I also asked for confirmation that he can meet to mark the property by the 23rd and set up a meeting with opposing counsel and I by February 3rd. We can likely just all meet and discuss what we need to discuss when he marks the property line.
The transcript we will have tomorrow, as you know. I will have my paralegal call the court reporter again, but opposing counsel has the official transcript, so one way or another we will have it. If I do not hear back from the court reporter by EOD, I will notify opposing counsel and request that it be sent.
