Brett, what are you hiding?  You let Sweatman  have his perfect survey but you wont give the policy holder  a full topography report with my trees and a correct legend Ive been asking for months.

And you wont provide it? Its been paid form

This is not hard:What are you hiding?

Then you  tell me three months later that

Renata and Amy closed my case.

If you were being fiduciary to the policy holder, you wouldve let me know three months ago of their behaviors, but you did not.

This is not standard protocol.

Provide the correct and topography report

And he needs to move the fence.

    The document I sent you is signed; the plat gets signed, not a topography. As you know, we sent numerous requests for the updated topography report. With regard to the case status, no one tampered with your case. I didnt know until last week when Jeff and I were looking at the docket; it was never served on the parties. Again, the case status is irrelevant as the case settled a year ago. If there are any issues with settlement, we simply file a motion to enforce. We paid for the new plat and the approval process; the topography scan was completed as part of the new plat and was discussed at length in the zoom meeting with Gaddy and via email between you and Gaddy. I have provided you everything that I have.
