Eric,
I am writing to request the immediate replacement of the attorney, Brett Ledermeier (Georgia State Bar # 600906) currently assigned to represent my interests in connection with STGC: 328015, the property at 2740 Grove Street NE, Brookhaven, GA 30319.
Despite numerous phone calls from my attorney over multiple weeks, Brett Ledermeier refuses to answer his phone calls and Brett will not and has not scheduled a time to speak with my attorney.
As you are aware, ever since I refused to participate in Brett Ledermeier (Georgia State Bar #600906) and Marimar Soltero (Florida Bar #106707)'s proposed multi-thousand-dollar pay back, which would have used Mr. Ledermeiers escrow account to benefit the opposing party, I have experienced ongoing issues that reflect a pattern of substandard service.
As a result, I have lost confidence in the attorneys ability to represent my interests professionally and effectively. To avoid further compromise of my case, I respectfully request the immediate reassignment of counsel.
Please confirm receipt of this letter and provide written confirmation of the reassignment no later than June 12, 2025.
Thank you for your prompt attention. I trust that Stewart Title, as a reputable organization, will take swift and appropriate action to uphold the standards of professionalism and service.
Sincerely, Sarah Zeeman
