I need clarification on the deposition invoices. I understand that half was paid, but I have never seen an invoice broken down like that before. Typically, if you share in the take down, there is just an invoice sent to each party for their portion. The invoice that was paid appears to be for the transcript itself, not the court reporter.

Jeff, can you please clarify? I need to know what was paid for exactly and what amount is outstanding. If you paid for the deposition of Sweatman and the transcript of Sweatman, please specify. The only outstanding invoice would then be for Sarahs deposition and/or that transcript. The other side would be required to pay for the deposition they noticed, meaning Sarahs. If you ordered both transcripts, those are transcript invoices and not court reporter invoices for their time.

I just need clarification so I can discuss payment with Marimar.

Could I please get an update, and could you help me understand what is happening?

1. Dekalb County court hearing scheduled for August 26th, 2024? - FILED 7/17/2024

I learned about the upcoming court hearing over the weekend when I logged into the DeKalb County court case portal. My court settlement for Adverse possession by prescription before Senior Judge David B. Irwin was back in May 2024. What is this, and why do I have to go back to court again? (Court notification attached)

2. The outstanding payment of $3,138.52 has been due for the deposition of the plaintiff, Jonathan Sweatman, since 2023; I have already covered my part last year for 1 of the 2 deposition bills they provided, Mr Ledermeier; when will Stewart be paying this half? (Outstanding Bill Attached)

3. The surveyor from Gaddy asked for a phone call on 7/25 about an update; could you let me know if this has been satisfied and when the scheduled survey date is?
