Tania, Im back from vacation if you need to schedule a call.
Im going to have Cindy send the invoice for the completed scope of work in a separate email. Though the plat is marked DRAFT, Im happy to sign and issue a final at any time, I just wanted to give some time for review, questions, requests first. I presume that youll forward to the client unless your firm was handling. Either way, let us know if we need to do anything else or different.
Im in receipt of the subpoena for documents that has a deadline of July 3. Please include me in the objection or other maneuver prior to that date unless youre okay with me sending what they requested.
Additional time from this point forward is not included in the original scope, except for time necessary to discuss with you and finalizing the plat, etc. If it looks to be necessary we can discuss additional scope and fee as it comes up.
