Click on Review Documents.

Select your permit by clicking on the row to highlight in (turns blue). Click the View Permit Info button.

Scroll to the bottom of the window and click on Open Plan Review button. This opens the OnBase Plan Review

Select Review Cycle (latest) and reviewed plan pages and markups will be shown, along with the Review Comments Letter.

Print a copy of your Review Comments Letter.

Contact the reviewer directly with questions about review comments.

Preparing Your Project for Resubmittal: 1.

Initial every comment on the Review Comments Letter to signify that you have addressed it in your resubmittal. Scan it and save it as a PDF along with any written responses to comments you are submitting. Each plan page must be saved and uploaded as an individual document. Multi-page reference documents, such as hydrology reports, can be submitted as one single document.

Cloud changes on your plan pages. Revise dates on sheets to reflect revision dates. Revise cover sheet to include any new plan pages in the index. 4.

Leave a blank 3” x 3” space on the top right corner of plan pages for reviewer stamping.

Resubmittal Instructions: 1.

Documents may not be uploaded until the review cycle is complete.

All resubmittals must be uploaded through the Project Portal by the Applicant, who is the only portal user associated with the plan review in OnBase. Follow the instructions above in View Your Review Comments section through Step 5. Click on the Plan Documents tab.

Browse your computer for the files you wish to upload, click on file. The file will appear in the Plan Review window.

Name the plan pages by selecting the Discipline and Sheet Name from the drop-down lists. When you have selected and named all the files you wish to submit, click the Upload button. You will see confirmation that each page has been uploaded successfully. Click YES to give the City of Brookhaven permission to review your submitted documents. Click Submit for Review button.
