Re: 2740 Grove Street NE (Target parking lot conversation )
Hi Carlai - | hope you are have had a great week and would again like to say that | very much appreciate your time and
efforts. Please see the below, which provides an update on the current situation:
As of November 21st, the surveillance camera recording the front door, walkway, and driveway of my home was removed.
As previously mentioned, this was the most invasive camera and is a sigh of relief as my neighbor will no longer be able
to track when I, my family, and guests enter/leave my residence. However, the four other cameras facing my home remain; notably, this is a stark contrast to the other neighbors with zero to one camera facing their direction. In response to your prior comments, | agree and respect the validity of home security cameras when used in a nonharassing manner. Understandably, as a female, all of this has been quite unsettling. | am hopeful there will be a resolution to this issue because, as you are already aware, | am unable to open the curtains to access natural light from the windows in the kitchen, living room, and master bathroom without my neighbor's cameras videotaping the inside of my home.
Thank you again for your time and for checking in on me, as it was very thoughtful and appreciated. | look forward to
any information and guidance you may have going forward. Best,
Sarah

resolution for you possible. Just wanted to check in and let you know | am still working to see how | can be of help to you.
| will let you know depending on how your neighbor’s home and your home is facing, his cameras may be allowed. But I’m still working to determine if he is violating any privacy law.
| know you have been dealing with this for quite some time and would advise you have no contact with your
neighbor. Regardless of the survey, | would not contact him for anything and would take out a TPO (temporary protective order) against him.
| hope to have an answer for you by the end of the week.
Thanks,
Carlai

Hello, apologies for the double email.
When | got home tonight, | turned on my interior home lights, and it triggered the chirp activation from the camera aimed at the front door. But | also heard an activation chirp from one of the two rear cameras; | am unsure which one it is coming from, but it is on the backside of the neighboring property. | thought to include this in my concern from earlier.
Thank you again for your time this morning.
Best,
Sarah

Hi Officer Moore,
Murry from the COB is working on the file/violations, and Keith has been cc'd in those past emails. | am waiting patiently. | respect their time and appreciate the hard work on all of this.
My concern this morning: In the last week, Jonathan Sweatman added the 4th camera towards my home, and this one chimes/triggers to turn on when | open my front door, am in my driveway, and enter the front steps to my house. | feel like am always
under Jonathan and Diana's surveillance.
Cliff-notes: The Sweatman's tore down the shared property line fence - (The fence was built by the original builder of both homes 28 years ago and had remained since) | was able to view and take pictures of their Stormwater roof pipes being reinstalled and buried underground again with the addition of more pipes from the roof expansion—allowing the
Sweatman’s to continue to divert all of their stormwater to exit only onto my property. e Sweatmans had been flooding my home for years, their addition has increased the astronomical nuisance causing the backyard to be unusable, unsafe, and a public health hazard. Impervious surfaces increased to well past COB 35% yard coverage to over 45% and | get the brunt of it. e COB tickets

o Fence jungle gym - There never was a fence along this part of my property to "replace" and instead of "replacing the old fence" in the rear of the home where it has remained since the builder added it 28
years, Jonathan went into my backyard 3 additional feet of the entire side of my back yard for his project creating 2 openings in the corners where my rescue dogs now have 2 escape outlets directly onto Osborne rd.
Thank you for your time this morning, (| am researching the process for the TPO) and | appreciate any additional advice you may have.
Best,
Sarah
