The French drain cannot be in the sewer easement because we do not allow storm drainage features/ structures in ss easements.

Recently DeKalb County approved this address regarding the sanitary sewer (please see attached). Since the initial site plan work has been revised, | would like your thoughts regarding the newly proposed French drain system. They are showing it over the sewer pipe, which | have denied because of such. Please impart to me your input. Can the French

drain be installed within the easement not over the actual sewer pipe, or must it be installed entirely outside of the sewer easement? Please advise. 19
