RE: 2746 Grove Street Brookhaven

Hi, Yola!

The site plan | sent you has been failed due to the fact that it is directly over the sewer pipe itself. I’m not going to allow that. If | remember correctly the separation minimum from a sanitary line is seven feet. My question is really about installing it within the confines of the easement; if they can achieve seven feet of separation from the sewer line, may they be allowed to encroach slightly in the easement? They have very little room to work with between the easement delineation and the property line. Eric

Subject: RE: 2746 Grove Street Brookhaven Good Morning Eric and Happy New Year! | will get back to you on this one. Here are my concerns: Permanent structures are not allowed in sewer easements

If this is allowed (| don’t think it should be) what is the vertical distance/clearance between the sewer pipe and the trench drain? There is a standard for pipe crossing per Code. | will consult on this one and get back to you with a decision asap Thank you Eric
