REVOLVING LINE OF CREDIT. This Security Deed secures the obligations of the’ Borrower under. a written Choice Home Equity Line of Credit Agreement dated 07/01/2016’ ("Agreement") under which Lender is obligated to make advances to Borrower up to the maximum principal indebtedness of U.S. $ 425,000.00
