Attached is the letter agreement with the optional permitting.
Please sign and return at your earliest convenience.
We have a crew on the schedule do the field work tomorrow.
Toni Callahan, our survey manager, will notify you of the proposed time the crew will be onsite once we have the signed agreement returned.
We need to agreement today or we will have to move this off the schedule for tomorrow.

The link to sign the proposal doesnt work. As discussed we will be signing for both the field work and the extra $1,000.00 for permitting, etc. Can you please resend the link to sign? I know you are planning on going out Friday, but can you please give me a time estimate so I can inform the homeowners?
