Can you please let me know when the survey work will be completed? I know we then need to schedule a time to meet at the property to determine the new boundary line and legal description for the same, so I wanted to see if we can go ahead and schedule that visit? Also, if you can provide a timeline so that I can update opposing counsel and the court, I would appreciate it.

Attached is the letter agreement with the optional permitting.
Please sign and return at your earliest convenience.
We have a crew on the schedule do the field work tomorrow.
Toni Callahan, our survey manager, will notify you of the proposed time the crew will be onsite once we have the signed agreement returned.
We need to agreement today or we will have to move this off the schedule for tomorrow.

The link to sign the proposal doesn't work. As discussed we will be signing for both the field work and the extra $1,000.00 for permitting, etc. Can you please resend the link to sign? I know you are planning on going out Friday, but can you please give me a time estimate so I can inform the homeowners?
