2746 Grove St DRAINAGE SP-A0.0: Lot coverage chart and concrete pad have been
corrected to ensure that there is no change to lot coverage. Engineering Comment No.: 1.
Permit Porch Plans: The site plan (page AQ) submitted on Revision 3, dated 2/9/2021,
shows these details. The entire set was approved and permit issued. This revision to the permit is only concerning draiange that was brought up after construction was completed. The only changes are shown on the new page A0.0. 2.
Sweatman Porch for Permit 20200615: The plans were previously updated and submitted in Revision 2, dated 7/15/2020, that addressed these engineering comments. There was also a response letter submitted at the same time. The plans have been approved and permit issued. The final building inspection has already been passed.

2746 Grove St DRAINAGE SP-A0.0: After speaking directly with Dekalb County
Watershed Management, the idea of underground piping and the drainage pit had to be completely abandoned. The drainage plan page A0.0, Revision 6, dated 1/14/2022, has new notes about water dissipation areas at each downspout. 1.

County Watershed Management, the idea of underground and the drainage pit had to be completely abandoned. Therefore volume calculations should no longer be required.
