Sincerest apologies for the delayed reply. The Court would prefer Option 2, please.

Thank you. Have a lovely day.

Renata,

I hope all is well! We have been in communication with the attorney for the City of Brookhaven, Jeremy Berry copied hereto, regarding the Plat Reconfiguration approval process and we were hoping you could give us some guidance on two different options to push the approval process forward.

Option 1: City of Brookhaven does a limited appearance/intervenes as a Defendant, by consent, for the limited purpose of executing a consent Order binding the City of Brookhaven to the Order previously entered by the Court.

Option 2: We submit an amended Order with a signature line for the City of Brookhaven with the signature indicating that the City is acknowledging and consenting to the order without adding them as a named Defendant.

If there is any other option that the Judge prefers, please let us know.

Ms. Bilic,

I hope all is well. As discussed at the hearing, we were able to get a copy of the transcript today. With regard to the other deadline, the survey, our surveyor and three other staff members in his office have been out sick the last two days. That being said, we do not have the final survey. I have informed opposing counsel, copied hereto, and wanted
