All,

We will get the invoice paid, but we have also already paid the original contract amount which included the permitting process (submission to city and county for final approval). We also obtained the Court Order which I provide yesterday, approving the settlement and indicating that the plat reconfiguration, with all non-conformities, is the new plat.

Respectfully, it has been a long time since the final plat reconfiguration was submitted to the Court; the Order was entered March 16th.

Can you please work on getting the plat approved by the City of Brookhaven, DeKalb County, and the tax assessor updated? The Judge is heavily monitoring this and we need the approved plat to move this forward. Can you please also provide a timeline?

I understand there was additional work, and we agreed to pay beyond the price-fixed agreement. It will be submitted for payment. Again, in the interim I would appreciate the plat being submitted for approval and finalizing everything on your end.

Here is the Order. Also, my records show that the invoices were processed and paid. I've copied my Paralegal, Celeste, hereto. She can assist with any invoices if necessary, but I do recall seeing her submitting all invoices and believe our records indicated that payment was sent.
