This letter will confirm that the above-referenced mediation has been scheduled for Tuesday, October 25, 2022, beginning at 10:00 a.m. in the office of George Reid.  Mr. Reid’s office is located in the Autry 3330 Cumberland Boulevard, Suite 185, Atlanta, Georgia 30339.  Enclosed is a proposed Mediation Agreement for your consideration.  Assuming this Agreement is acceptable, it can be executed at the inception of the mediation conference.  Also enclosed is my fee schedule which anticipates that all charges will be shared equally among all parties, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.  Unless a party makes payment at the conclusion of the mediation conference, its legal counsel will be responsible for the mediation fees incurred.  If you are not representing an insurance carrier, please arrange for your client to deposit with you, prior to the mediation conference, sufficient funds to cover your client’s anticipated mediation fees.  If you are unrepresented by counsel, you must bring a check for payment to the mediation in order to participate.  Pre-mediation statements are not required but in your discretion you may submit a confidential statement of your client’s position at any time prior to the mediation.

Enclosed are directions to our office for your convenience.  Please note, WE ARE NOT LOCATED IN THE FIRST CITIZENS BANK BUILDING but next door in the ten-story building identified by the main tenant, Gross Collins.
