Dear Brett and Tania,

I have to follow up on our recent conversation.

Marimar told me that shortly after our call, Ms Zeeman finally provided some comments or feedback on the settlement agreement.

Can you please tell me where we stand with that? Is the agreement finalized and if not were her comments reasonable things that we can accommodate? Is she still refusing to provide details about purported code violations? Is opposing counsel willing to move forward with the settlement?

And, apologies in advance, I received another email from Ms Zeeman claiming that

1. Brett has been leaving her unidentified other attorney off of emails with the City of Brookhaven since June 9th. Do you know what she is talking about. What correspondence is there with the City of Brookhaven? Does this pertain to the approval of the revised plat?
2. She is again harping the court case was incorrectly closed I consider this a non issue; and
3. After 10 requests she hasnt been provided with a signed and updated topographical report with legends and trees defined. Do you know what she is referring to? I thought Gaddy had provided her with all the surveys, etc, and that we were passed this point.

Please let me know so I can respond to her.
