Re Sweatman V Zeeman Consolidated Pretrial Order 12¶

Im in mediation on a federal case with numerous parties; I have been in Court or mediation almost every day this month. I know I need to get the settlement done and circulated and try to get us off the hearing; I am on a trial calendar Monday anyway. The surveyor proposal I just received and its been submitted for approval. Apparently, this is far more complicated than we thought and we need a re-platting/subdivision survey and permitting to change the tax maps and property lines. It requires a 3-part survey with topography (seems excessive I know).

I am doing what I can on my end to see if we can reach a settlement. Im not sure if it takes more money in the pot so they each get a portion, but I believe that could be a starting point. Both sides should avoid the cost of a jury trial given the pending claims and options to resolve this amicably.
