Email Body
Lisa,
I left a voicemail earlier today. The Order stated that counsel was to submit a consent order by today (which I know has been extended) and that was contingent on Plaintiff selecting the court order or variance/appeal route. The impervious surface concerns are limited to your client's property. As for the new boundary line, yes, it applies to both properties, but a consent order that covers the impervious surface concerns should be prepared by you. The inclusion of the survey as an exhibit, showing the new property line and legal descriptions, is a sentence. Assuming there's specific language your client wants, we are of the position that it should be prepared by you. I am already preparing the settlement now that we have a response and will send it over to you once completed.
Feel free to give me a call back: 7705305669.

Brett,
What do you mean "it only deals with Plaintiff's property"?

Thank you for the update. Out of curiosity, why are we obligated to prepare your clients consent judgment? It deals only with your client's property. I'd request that you prepare it and send it for review. As for the platting, yes Gaddy will submit it to the city and county.
