Good morning. To clarify your email below, I anticipate receiving today your redlined version of the settlement agreement with your proposed changes, to be reviewed by counsel and my client, in response to the redlined version settlement I sent you on March 13, 2025. It is not a "final" agreement until my client reviews and approves any of your proposed changes. Upon our receipt of your proposed redlined changes, my client and I will promptly review and notify of any discrepancies.
In addition, please provide copies of the information submitted by the expediter to the City and County.

All,
I will have the final for you Friday. As for the plat, which will be an exhibit, it is going through the permitting process for city/county approval. We have an expediter doing this process for us and have been in communication with him for weekly status updates. Apparently, even with the Court Order, the City/County isnt moving more expeditiously.
I will keep you posted.
