I honestly have no response other than I apologize for the delay. As for the survey, there are behind the scenes things on my end to figure out which surveyor to use. As for the settlement draft, I have had Court for what seems like every single day for a month and I am balancing that with my leg (personal and not an excuse I understand). I will get it done by Friday.

It has been quite some time and we still have not received the draft settlement documents or an anticipated date of receipt of same.
When you asked for my assistance to contact the surveyor on 7.10.24, I told you I would in exchange for your updating the Court on the status of the settlement documents. I promptly contacted the surveyor and you never responded to the Court, such that now we are scheduled for a hearing in August.
Please let me know when you anticipate circulating the draft settlement documents and whether you have authorized/approved Survey Land Express. I sent you and Survey Land a separate email inquiring as to the status of approval.
