Sarah,
Opposing counsel stated that Plaintiff will get an order from the Court that incorporates the new plat. A consent order is being prepared; we have asked that opposing counsel prepare it. Once the Judge executes it, we will be able to send it to Gaddy to submit it to the city and county for final approval. I am working on the settlement now that we have a decision and will send it for your review once its prepared. The Court is aware and we will have the consent order to the Judge this week (preferably, by tomorrow).

I believe Monday is also when we need to notify the Court if its a variance route or court order route and administrative stay on the case would be applied.
