Re Settlement Authority Stgc 328015 Zeeman 8¶

Thanks! I will call the insured's private counsel to confirm the scope, but it's my understanding that the entire deposition is focused on impervious surfaces/yard renovations related to water runoff which is wholly irrelevant to the encroachments. I know this matter has already been expensive, so I would like to keep fees down if possible; especially if it's not beneficial to our claims.

I can attend Ms. Zeeman's deposition tomorrow if you'd like. For hers, they may or may not bring up the fence location at the time of her purchase so there may be a benefit to attending (unlike Plaintiff's scheduled for today).

I hope all is well! I found this email in spam for some reason (our IT has redone my system twice and updated everything to prevent these issues). I tried calling you to discuss this matter as there is a deposition of the Plaintiff scheduled for today at 1PM. The insured's deposition is tomorrow at 10AM. The insured hired an engineer to inspect the Property which inspection took place at the end of June; we don't have the report back. Ultimately, the depositions have little, if anything, to do with our retention. I am happy to attend if you'd like, but I wanted to run it by you first as this case has already been quite expensive and lengthy - neighbor disputes tend to be the most contentious.

I am on my cell at 7705305669 if you'd like to call to discuss. If not, please let me know if you'd like me to attend the depositions.
