I hope all is well! I found this email in spam for some reason (our IT has redone my system twice and updated everything to prevent these issues). I tried calling you to discuss this matter as there is a deposition of the Plaintiff scheduled for today at 1PM. The insureds deposition is tomorrow at 10AM. The insured hired an engineer to inspect the Property which inspection took place at the end of June; we dont have the report back. Ultimately, the depositions have little, if anything, to do with our retention. I am happy to attend if youd like, but I wanted to run it by you first as this case has already been quite expensive and lengthy neighbor disputes tend to be the most contentious.
I am on my cell at 7705305669 if youd like to call to discuss. If not, please let me know if youd like me to attend the depositions.
