I hope all is well with you. Do you have any time today for a call on this matter? I just tried calling from my cell (7705305669). Please feel free to call me back on either my cell or direct line. I had a call with our insured earlier and another set for 4PM. There is a fantastic settlement proposal on the table, but serious pushback from the insured. Our pre-trial order is due next week and this should not move forward to trial given the offer on the table. I can outline more details on our call.
