Hi Brett,

When you get back, we need to address provision 2.4 in the settlement agreement. The provision talks about 60 days to relocate fence starts running from full execution of the settlement agreement; but earlier in the paragraph it says he shall move the fence w/in 60 days of receipt of the Final Reconfiguration Plat. We need the timing to be clearly set out.

Also, someone deleted Provision Date, a defined term that appears later in the paragraph.
