I understand that we dont have a list of the alleged code violations, but can we get this review done so we have a final agreement ready for execution? Thanks for your comments below. Obviously, the identification of the code violations is material to the settlement to the extent your client claims my client is involved.
I did not have a chance to review the redlined yet as I had two responses to file today.
