I just heard back from the City of Brookhaven Attorney with the attached edits to the proposed consent order. I dont see any issues with the proposed revisions. I will send to the insured as well for review and ask that she provide any information related to the settlement agreement/code violation allegations. Hopefully, we can put this to rest soon.

I hope all is well! I dont think my emails are going through to you for some reason, because I know I have sent several on each of our cases; maybe in spam? As an update on Zeeman, I spoke with private counsel Friday and yesterday to see if there has been any headway on the alleged code violations because opposing counsel is trying to include a retroactive $5,000 per allegation submitted to Brookhaven and that wasnt part of the agreement. Both sides are being difficult and non-responsive, which doesnt make this easy. I have also reached out to the City Attorney to see where things stand with the consent/acknowledgement on the Order approving Settlement/Plat Reconfiguration; I hope to have the approved consent within the next few days. The City planning and development keeps pushing to go the variance route, which is absurd, so keeping the City Attorney on board is key to expedite this.
