Kate,

Thanks for taking my call just now.

I represent Jonathan Sweatman, the owner of 2746 Grove Street in DeKalb County.

Brett Ledermeier represents Sarah Zeeman, the owner of 2740 Grove Street.

These 2 neighbors reached an agreement that includes establishing a new boundary line between the parties real properties.

Survey Land Express previously prepared surveys for both of these neighbors.

The parties would like for Survey Land Express to handle the following:

  1. Mark the new boundary line with stakes;

  2. prepare a survey with the new boundary line;

  3. prepare a legal description for the area of land to be quit claimed by deed from Jonathan Sweatman to Sarah Zeeman to effectuate the new legal description.

The invoice(s) for this work is to be paid by Brett Ledermeier's office on behalf of Sarah Zeeman.

In order to identify the new boundary line, I recommend that myself and Brett meet the surveyor on the property to ensure proper placement of the wooden stakes.

Please forward an estimate to Brett, and copy me on the email exchanges so that we can schedule a joint time to meet the surveyor.
