Amy Azza recently left STGC and this file has not yet been reassigned. I understand there is a mediation scheduled for 10:00am tomorrow. I will cover the mediation. Sorry Amy, just back from being out for 2 weeks and getting caught up. I believe that will be PLENTY of authority. The bigger issue is whether these two parties can put aside the personal issues and resolve it. I actually have a little inside scoop that the neighbor wants to sell. Maybe that will help move this forward if they don't have to live next to each other anymore

Hi Tania,

Looking ahead to the October 25th mediation- I agree that I don't see our role being very big at all. The only issue is the slight encroachment of the HVAC units. I was thinking settlement authority of $25,000 would be more than sufficient.

Amy - Mediation is schedule for October 25th on this. You can attend by phone and I think if you can just call in for intros and then be available if needed, that is fine. I don't see our role in this being very big at all. Her legal description is correct and she has title to what is insured. Its just the slight encroachment of the HVAC units that is at issue.
