Even if Stewart has reservations, I suggest we try to get a mediation scheduled for 90 days out as Rich proposed and then conduct discovery in order to prepare. I am open to anyone you think these two people (Mr. Sweatman and Ms. Zeeman) will listen to.

All Stewart would prefer to see what discovery provides before agreeing to mediation. That being said, I understand that there are a number of different facets of this case and there are non-title issues that are more likely to benefit from mediation.

Also, please make sure to copy my associate Brett on these emails as he is overseeing this case while Sally is out on maternity leave.
