I hope all is well. I just realized Lisa may not have sent you the attached settlement proposal. My claims contact has reviewed and agrees with my position that this is a great resolution. As for the fence relocation, they propose one panel, but on a call with Lisa it was indicated that Ms. Sweatmen would be willing to do 2 fence panels. I believe I will need to go out to the Property to verify the proposed lines and look at the spacing. This proposal resolves the extent of my retention, but it also balances the parties interests by, essentially, meetin
