Can you please provide a list of the alleged code violations that you wanted to address with the City Attorney? I asked David, but have not heard anything back yet and just want to make sure that we arent holding the settlement agreement up.

Brett, what are you hiding?  You let Sweatman  have his perfect survey but you wont give the policy holder  a full topography report with my trees and a correct legend Ive been asking for months.

And you wont provide it? Its been paid form
