I apologize - I know I have been far less communicative than in the past. I followed up with the surveyor and requested the field work along with a date for us to meet at the property to determine the new boundary line. I should have the field work back later today and, ideally, a timeline for when we can meet. The settlement I can put together quickly, but I need to make sure Gaddy confirms that the city/county will permit the variances and re-platting of the two lots.
