Brett,
It has been quite some time and we still have not received the draft settlement documents or an anticipated date of receipt of same.
When you asked for my assistance to contact the surveyor on 7.10.24, I told you I would in exchange for your updating the Court on the status of the settlement documents. I promptly contacted the surveyor and you never responded to the Court, such that now we are scheduled for a hearing in August.
Please let me know when you anticipate circulating the draft settlement documents and whether you have authorized/approved Survey Land Express. I sent you and Survey Land a separate email inquiring as to the status of approval.

Hate to ask this, but do you have time to get a quote from Land Express for the work we need? I am in Court almost every single day the last two weeks and back to back hearings today.
