enclosed quote. To summarize, here is what they are proposing:

Remove & replace the existing fencing with Cedar, 6 ft. tall, with a notched top design

Three phases are offered: 1. The‘section exclusive to our yard, including one gate - $2,633 2. The shared section between our yards, with no gates - $1,453 3. The section exclusive to your yard, including one gate, without the “Cut Out” where the AT&T box used to be, a straight run back from Grove Street - $4,509

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PROPOSAL Acceptance of this proposal by Buyer shall be acceptance of all terms and conditions recited herein or incorporated by reference. Allowing Allied Fence Company to commence work or preparation for work will constitute acceptance by Buyer of this Proposal and all its terms and conditions.
No back charges or claims of the Buyer for services shall be valid except by the agreement in writing by Allied Fence Company before the remedial work is executed. All sums not paid when due shall bear interest at the rate of 1 1/2% per month from due date until paid
or the maximum legal rate permitted by law whichever is less; and all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees, shall be paid by Buyer.
If the Buyer fails to make payment to Allied Fence Company as herein provided, then Allied Fence Company may immediately stop work and may remove whatever material for which payment has not
been received, without prejudice to any other remedy it may have. Buyer is to prepare all work areas so as to be acceptable for Allied Fence Company’s work under the contract. The Buyer is solely responsible for locating, staking, and clearing fence lines. The Buyer also agrees that Allied Fence Company will not be held responsible or liable for any damage of any nature
to underground utilities. Allied Fence Company shall not be required to install its materials either (a)
under conditions contrary to manufacturer’s instructions; (b) under adverse weather
conditions; (c) under conditions which are generally unacceptable in the trade; or (d) where job-site conditions are not suitable for orderly, efficient and proper installation of the materials.
After acceptance of this Proposal as provided, Allied Fence Company shall
be given a reasonable time in which to make delivery of materials and/or labor to commence and complete the performance of the
contract.
Allied Fence Company shall not be responsible for delays or defaults
any causes of any kind and extent beyond its control, including but
where occasioned by
not limited to: delays caused by
the owner, general contractor, architect and/or engineers; embargoes, shortages of labor, problems with equipment or materials production facilities or transportation; labor difficulties, civil disorders of any kind; action of a civil or military authorities; vendor priorities and allocations, fires, floods, accidents or acts of God.
All workmanship is guaranteed against defects in workman
ship for a period of one year from the date
of installation (or longer for certain installations). Allied Fence Company shall not be responsible for special, incidental, or consequential damages. Allied Fence Company shall not be responsible for damage to its work by other parties. Any repair work resulting from other parties will be considered as an order for extra work.
