Mitchell, and respectfully notifies all judges before whom he has cases pending, all affected clerks of court and all opposing counsel, that he will be on leave and out of the state pursuant to Georgia Uniform Court Rule 16. The period of leave during which time Applicant will be away from the practice of law is: March 20, 2024 through and including April 10, 2024 (out of state); May 4, 2024 (out of state); May 18, 2024 (out of state);

June 15, 2024 through and including June 23, 2024 (out of state); August 21, 2024 through and including August 30, 2024 (out of state); October 11, 2024 (out of state);

November 25, 2024 through and including November 29, 2024 (out of state); December 23, 2024 through and including December 31, 2024 (out of state).

Applicant requests that this Leave of Absence apply to all trials, hearings, depositions and other legal proceedings that might be scheduled in any of the cases referenced in Exhibit
