) NOTICE OF LEAVE OF ABSENCE Comes now Tania R. Tuttle, Esq. and respectfully notifies all Judges before whom she has actions pending, all affected Clerks of Court, and all counsel of record, that she will be on leave

pursuant to Georgia Uniform Court Rule 16.2. 1. The period of leave during which time Ms. Tuttle will be away from the practice of law is as follows:

January 31 - February 2: Out of State Conference

February 20 - 23 and February 26-28: Family Vacation — Out of Country March 25 - March 29: Out of Country — Vacation/Work April 1 - April 5: Cherokee County Spring Break

July 2 - July 5 and July 8 — July 12: Out of Country — Vacation/Work September 16 - September 20: Cherokee County Fall Break November 25 - November 29: Thanksgiving Holiday December 23 - January 1, 2025: Christmas/New Year Holiday

2. All affected counsel of record shall have ten (10) days from the date of this Notice to object.

If no objections are filed, the leave shall be submitted to the sitting Judge for it to be

granted in accordance with Georgia Uniform Court Rule 16.2.
