COMES NOW JEFF BANKS, Attorney at Law, and respectfully notifies all Judges before whom he has cases pending, all affected Clerks of Court, and all opposing counsels of

record, that he will be on leave pursuant to Uniform Superior Court Rule 16. 1.

The period of leave, during which time Applicant will be away from the practice of Law, is:

a) September 25", 2023, through and including September 29", 2023;

b) November 20", 2023, through and including November 24" 2023; c) December 22", 2023, through and including January 1°, 2024. 2.

The undersigned requests that he be protected with regard to said cases and that said cases and any proceedings in connection therewith be continued until his return.

Unless opposing Counsel files a written objection within ten (10) days with the Clerk of Court, with a copy of the Court and all Counsel of record, or if the Court responds denying leave,

such leave will stand granted without entry of an Order, Uniform Superior Court Rule 16.1(c).
