) NOTICE OF LEAVE OF ABSENCE Comes now Tania R. Tuttle, Esq. and respectfully notifies all Judges before whom she has actions pending, all affected Clerks of Court, and all counsel of record, that she will be on leave
pursuant to Georgia Uniform Court Rule 16.2. 1. The period of leave during which time Ms. Tuttle will be away from the practice of law is as follows:
June 20 through June 23, 2023 — Continuing Legal Education July 3 through July 7, 2023 - Family Vacation July 10, 2023 — Family Vacation
August 29 through August 31, 2023 — Continuing Legal Education September 7 through September 8, 2023 - Continuing Legal Education September 11 through September 15, 2023 — Travel out of the Country September 21 through September 22 — Continuing Legal Education
2. All affected counsel of record shall have ten (10) days from the date of this Notice to object.
If no objections are filed, the leave shall be submitted to the sitting Judge for it to be
granted in accordance with Georgia Uniform Court Rule 16.2.
