NOTICE OF LEAVE OF ABSENCE

Comes now Tania R. Tuttle, Esq. and respectfully notifies all Judges before whom she has actions pending, all affected Clerks of Court, and all counsel of record, that she will be on leave pursuant to Georgia Uniform Court Rule 16.2.

1. The period of leave during which time Ms. Tuttle will be away from the practice of law is as follows: January 23 - 24: Out of State Conference; January 29 - 30: Out of State Educational Teaching; February 14 and February 17 - 21:  Out of Country Family Wedding; March 4 - 5: Out of State Client Event; March 21 and March 24 – 28 and March 31: Out of Country Vacation; April 4 and April 7 - 8: Family Matter; May 23: Memorial Day Holiday; June 11: Family Event; July 7 - 8: July Fourth Holiday; and July 14 – 18: Family Vacation.

2. All affected counsel of record shall have ten (10) days from the date of this Notice to object. If no objections are filed, the leave shall be submitted to the sitting Judge for it to be granted in accordance with Georgia Uniform Court Rule 16.2.
