) NOTICE OF LEAVE OF ABSENCE Comes now Tania R. Tuttle, Esq. and respectfully notifies all Judges before whom she has actions pending, all affected Clerks of Court, and all counsel of record, that she will be on leave
pursuant to Georgia Uniform Court Rule 16.2. 1. The period of leave during which time Ms. Tuttle will be away from the practice of law is as follows: February 22 through February 24, 2023: Out of State Conference March 7 through March17, 2023: Travel Out of Country April 3 through April 7, 2023: Spring Break/Family Vacation
May 30 through June 2, 2023: Family Vacation July 3 through July 7, 2023: Family Vacation August 1, 2023: School Event September 18 through September 22, 2023: School Fall Break November 20 through November 24, 2023: Thanksgiving Holiday
December 21, 2023, through January 5, 2024: Christmas/New Year Holiday
2. All affected counsel of record shall have ten (10) days from the date of this Notice to object.
If no objections are filed, the leave shall be submitted to the sitting Judge for it to be
granted in accordance with Georgia Uniform Court Rule 16.2.
