I have 2 survey quotes for you.

Chastain and Associates

$1800

Chastain and Associates is our go-to surveyor as they are thorough, communicative and have experience with contest surveys and litigation. The price is much higher but this is the surveyor I mentioned that might be good for Sarah because they do a good job of communicating things on laymen's terms.

Alpha Land Services

$600

6-8 weeks

We have never used Alpha before but they came recommended from a builder client. They are substantially cheaper but they do not have extensive experience with contested matters or litigation.

Note that the quotes we obtained are for basic boundary surveys to show the location of any improvements or encroachments along the share boundary. They do not include identification of any underground improvements, set backs, ect. This should probably be communicated to Sarah prior to the survey work moving forward.
