Amy - attached is the survey from Chastain & Associates. As you can see, it confirms the earlier survey done by Ms. Zeeman's prior counsel. The legal description is correct - there just appears to be some slight encroachments, which are part of the fireworks between the two parties (there are lots of other issues they are fighting about outside of title).
They are trying to schedule mediation. You can attend by phone. I am not really sure what there is to fix from a title perspective - the easiest thing would be an encroachment agreement, which would be an easy fix. Ms. Zeeman has rejected this option in the past.
