I wish I could say yes on this. I havent heard back yet. I will follow up again and update you as soon as possible. We were also set for a January 14th hearing (the Judge wants this done) and, if I havent heard back from opposing counsel on the variance versus Court Order route for impervious surfaces, I will bring that up at the hearing; I guarantee the Judge will say prepare an Order. I spoke with the insured as well and let her know the dozen times I have asked for the transcripts. I also informed her that we do not have the final survey and I have not heard back from Gaddy on a timeline for that. I assume he is waiting on an answer from us regarding impervious surface next steps.
