As a follow up, please let me know if/when your client will be providing us with his decision on the court order versus variance route. The Court Order provides today as the deadline. If that deadline can't be met, please let me know why and inform the Court as we did on the survey delay.

Please see the attached and below from Gaddy:
Corrections/changes made:
- Calculated point at southwest corner of 4"x4" wood fence post.
- Reference to Witness Pin set 10" or 0.83' in both note section on Sheet 3 and in all legal descriptions - I like the way that I referenced the calculated point and witness pin in the legal descriptions.
- Removed tree legend from sheets 2 & 3.
- Turned topo on sheet 2.
- Updated date of drawing (and in legal descriptions) - no revision date since the drawing has not been submitted to the city.
- Updated all legal descriptions.
I will send abbreviated AutoCAD file to Sarah as she requested along with a couple of similar jobs in Brookhaven
