Re Transcripts Stgc 328015 Zeeman¶

Celeste, our Paralegal, has been calling them. I will need to ask if there are written requests. It's a national company, so there wasn't any direct email to send the court reporter. That being said, we will have it tomorrow one way or another. The Judge ordered opposing counsel to give it to us by tomorrow if the court reporter hasn't responded; we will receive an invoice for half the amount opposing counsel paid.

We were supposed to have the survey by noon yesterday. I called several times and emailed the surveyor, but did not receive a response. I am following up again now. I am supposed to produce the survey to opposing counsel by tomorrow. Additionally, the new line based on the final survey must be marked by the 23rd and opposing counsel, the surveyor, and I must all meet by February 3rd to approve the final surveyor and make an affirmative decision on the impervious surface issue. If opposing counsel agrees to go the court order route (I tried to get the Judge to just mandate it), then we need an order sent to the Judge by February 10th. As you can tell, after 4 hours in the hearing the Judge had enough and set a very short timeline for completion.

Good Morning Brett and Tania,

We need to track down the transcript as soon as possible. Please forward me your request to the court reporter. I will also reach out to them and, hopefully, the increased communication puts pressure for a response. The transcript is already prepared as they provided a copy to Sweatman's counsel so there should not be this big of a delay for us to get a copy.

Tania - Is there anything else that you can recommend for us to do in order to get the transcript as soon as possible?
